ZXMP6A17GTA DIODES Power MOSFET

The ZXMP6A17GTA from Diodes Incorporated is a 60V P-channel enhancement-mode MOSFET designed for high-efficiency load switching and power management. For selection, its low on-resistance of 125mΩ at 10V and 3A continuous drain current suit compact high-side switching designs, while the logic-level gate threshold of just 1V allows direct drive from microcontrollers and low-voltage logic without level shifters. The low gate charge of 17.7nC and 637pF input capacitance enable fast, efficient switching at high frequencies. Its 2W power dissipation in the SOT-223 surface-mount package and wide -55°C to +150°C operating temperature range suit demanding environments. In application, it excels as a high-side load switch in industrial sensors, PLC modules, and relay replacement circuits. It is also ideal for DC-DC converters, battery protection, motor control in small automation systems, and power distribution across consumer electronics and automotive body electronics where simplified drive circuitry and compact footprint are critical.
