The STM32L431VCT6 is an ultra-low-power 32-bit ARM Cortex-M4 microcontroller from STMicroelectronics, featuring an 80 MHz CPU with FPU and DSP instructions. It offers 256KB Flash memory, 64KB SRAM, and a rich set of peripherals including 2x 12-bit ADCs, 2x DACs, 2x comparators, up to 14 timers, 3x I2C, 3x USARTs, 3x SPIs, 2x CAN, USB 2.0 FS, and a true random number generator (RNG). Designed for high energy efficiency, it provides multiple power-saving modes with typical consumption as low as 100µA/MHz in Run mode and 40nA in Shutdown mode. Housed in a 100-pin LQFP package, it operates from 1.71V to 3.6V and supports industrial temperature range (-40°C to 85°C).
