The DMP3020LSS-13 from Diodes Incorporated is a 30V P-channel enhancement-mode MOSFET designed for high-efficiency load switching and power management. For selection, its key strengths include a maximum on-resistance of 14mΩ at 10V and a continuous drain current rating of 12A, enabling low conduction losses in high-current circuits.
