The DMP3020LSS-13 from Diodes Incorporated is a 30V P-channel enhancement-mode MOSFET designed for high-efficiency load switching and power management. For selection, its key strengths include a maximum on-resistance of 14mΩ at 10V and a continuous drain current rating of 12A, enabling low conduction losses in high-current circuits. The logic-level gate threshold of 2V max allows direct drive from microcontrollers and low-voltage logic, while the low gate charge of 15.3nC and fast switching characteristics ensure efficient operation at high frequencies. A power dissipation of 2.5W and a wide -55°C to +150°C operating temperature range suit demanding environments.
